Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned in pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns on socks, jewelry, or items marked as Final Sale.

For your convenience, a prepaid UPS Ground return label is included with your order. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and processed.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged and dropped off at an authorized UPS location. We recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt for your records.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is an exchange, Lawrence Covell will ship the replacement item via standard ground delivery at no additional cost to the customer.

SALE RETURNS
Sale merchandise must be returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund, with the original tags intact. Items returned later than 10 days will be eligible for merchandise credit only.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change. Lawrence Covell makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Online promotions and pricing may differ from in-store offers. Promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases and may not be combined with other discounts.
