Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 10 days from date of receipt. Goods must be in pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact and must be accompanied as well by a copy of the original sales receipt and reason for return. The return will be credited to the exact form of payment used for the original purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Returning your purchase

For your protection we suggest sending the item via UPS or FEDEX, insured with return receipt requested to:

The cost to ship an item for return or exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Lawrence Covell will ship the exchanged item via standard ground delivery at no charge to the customer.

Sale returns

Sale merchandise must be returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund, with the original tags intact. Items returned later than 10 days will be exchanged for merchandise credit only.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prices are subject to change. Lawrence Covell tries very hard to ensure price accuracy but errors may still occur. Lawrence Covell reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices may not be valid in the store. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
